Rosemary Fansher | Supreme Court Certified Mediator

Rosemary Fansher, M.A. is a Supreme Court Certified Family, County, and Dependency mediator. Ms. Fansher will soon complete her advanced training in Circuit Civil mediation and will be certified by the Supreme Court to mediate residential foreclosures and Circuit Civil cases.

As a well-seasoned Parenting Coordinator, Rosemary serves as the Parenting Coordination Program Director for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Orange and Osceola counties, Orlando, Florida. In this position, Rosemary supervises 30 other Parenting Coordinators and 250 high-conflict cases in the court system. Rosemary has a passion for helping children who are caught in the middle of conflict and divorce. She works tirelessly to help high-conflict families resolve their disputes peacefully and make life better for children.

Rosemary holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and has over ten years experience as a counselor, teacher of anger and stress management, volunteer crisis counselor for churches and hospitals, and has led many grief recovery groups for Florida Hospital. She has spoken to numerous groups about the effects of divorce on children, domestic violence, verbal, emotional and physical abuse, personality disorders and how to deal with them in legal matters including mediation and Parenting Coordination. She trains mediators and has been a presenter at the Florida Dispute Resolution Center’s annual conferences. She is a respected speaker for the Orange County Bar Association, Inns of Court, and is an outstanding resource for attorneys and mediators throughout the country.

A member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Rosemary has been certified since 2000 and has mediated thousands of cases. She is often appointed by judges to serve on the most difficult high-conflict cases and she is known as a high-conflict expert in the United States.

Rosemary is a writer and a professional speaker. She has published many articles such as “High-Conflict Personalities”, “Parental Alienation Syndrome”, “Effects of Divorce on Children”, and many other topics.
